After working in restaurants for years and working his way up from bus boy to manager, Marty became very interested in pizza. He learned how to make fresh mozzarella, started to do pizza, and eventually moved on to wood fired pizza. This is why Napoli Wood Fired Pizza & Bakery eventually was born.

Eventually going to school for culinary with a focus in pizza, Marty learned how to make the perfect wood fired pizza. The family- Janina, Marty and Jake- decided it was time to open a restaurant together focusing on this art of making wood fired pizzas. It immediately took off.

The Pizza

All of the recipes are homemade, and come from experiences at different places along the way in the journey of creating the perfect wood fired pizza. With an oven from Naples, Marty is able to do his own crispy spin on the classic Neapolitan pie.
